This week, i been assigned to handle emails... so whole week i will only attend to emails... From 7am till 3pm... due to i still new, so can't really go back home on 3pm coz still need advises from senior on how to escalate and open the ticket.. sometimes, will stay late to complete the ticket opening. All the emails must completed at the same days..there is no excuse to delay the assignment of the ticket.. So, hopefully i can speed up and can go back earlier next time when i assigned to handle emails again...
Morning Shift(7am - 3pm) - 3 person is working --> 1 person on call, 1 person on email, 1 person on attachment...
Noon Shift - (3pm - 11pm)- 1 person --> handle calls and emails at the same time
So, the person on call at morning shift can go back on time as if there is no more calls and no ticket open. Attachment person must do all the emails that contain attachments as it take up time to attach the attachment to the ticket... Email person must handle all the emails from 7am till 3pm... Read, support and reply and open ticket whenever necessary...
Noon Shift person must "Bao Suo Bao Hai"... tat y morning shift person must do all the attachments and emails to reduce the workload of noon shift... However, noon shift will be not tat much of calls and attachments to handle.. anyhow still very "Cham" as everything is done alone... Must reply all the emails from 3pm onward till 11pm... if can't finish.. cannot go home.. hahaha...
4 person routate for the shift.. so only 1 week, we are required to work from 3pm till 11pm... i will be the last one to support for the noon shift coz i am the junior in the team... Must get myself prepared for the noon shift... Next week i will on call, then following week on attachment then on noon shift...
